Well, it had to be done, didn't it? And since this is both the first and last post, I have won. Thank you all.

@191 Haha spot on Jim.

195. xymonau6 March 2010, 10:28 GMT +01:00

We try not to talk about the spots on Jim. The flies are pretty bad in his neck of the woods.

Mikey, your Ma threatened to bite him, didn't she? I'd do anything if she threatened to bite me. Those false teefs haven't been cleaned in a month of Sundays!

Dragonlady, it's rude to stare, and not half as useful as a smack to the ear.

196. jimdaly986 March 2010, 13:32 GMT +01:00

Dez, there are no flies on me! Although you can see where they've been.

I hope Mike's mum didn't bite him - has she never heard of food poisoning? That could be quite serious.

197. happyture6 March 2010, 14:05 GMT +01:00

The doctor said me Ma's mouth was foul, disgusting, I just cant understand because she always soaks her teef over night in Jeyes fluid, ...

198. xymonau6 March 2010, 14:26 GMT +01:00

What's that? And who is Jeye?

199. happyture6 March 2010, 15:17 GMT +01:00

200. xymonau6 March 2010, 22:25 GMT +01:00

Ooh! That tastes just like my soup!

201. happyture7 March 2010, 0:33 GMT +01:00

Nothing tastes like your soup Dezzie...

202. xymonau7 March 2010, 1:06 GMT +01:00

True, it lacks the eye of newt. But it's close.

203. happyture7 March 2010, 1:33 GMT +01:00

Your soup would probably clean the patio just as well also..

204. xymonau7 March 2010, 1:44 GMT +01:00

I use it for all scouring jobs around the house. It etches concrete, though, so I can't leave it sit for more than three minutes.

Do you have a problem wif that?

205. jimdaly987 March 2010, 12:23 GMT +01:00

Mike, I suggest your mum tries this - it's a bit stronger, I think. Worth a try, anyway.

206. xymonau7 March 2010, 13:11 GMT +01:00

You know his Mum, Jimbo?

207. jimdaly987 March 2010, 18:38 GMT +01:00

Only by reputation, Dez. And (no offence intended) that is quite sufficient.

On reflection, I could say the same about you really, but that would be very rude, so I won't.

208. GerbenVanErkelens7 March 2010, 23:22 GMT +01:00

didn't you just did kinda ;)

209. xymonau7 March 2010, 23:52 GMT +01:00

Jim is always rude to me, Gerben. I can't understand why. I am always so pleasant to him. I guess it takes all kinds...

210. lennie8 March 2010, 0:07 GMT +01:00

Their is this german saying: Was sich liebt, das neckt sich (wikipedia tells me the closest thing is: the quarrel of lovers is the renewal of love)

So maybe he just likes you. ;-)

211. xymonau8 March 2010, 5:51 GMT +01:00

Lennie, if Jim dies because of your remark, I will not be surprised. Apoplexy is what they used to call it. Or he'll choke on his cup of tea when he reads it. Or maybe he'll just blow it straight out of his nose.

(I used to have a boyfriend that did that once - with Coca Cola. I made him laugh so hard. I spent the next few years ruining all his Cokes. He knew I was trying to make him laugh, so resistance made it worse. No wonder we split up. )

I can hardly wait for a response!

212. lennie8 March 2010, 8:54 GMT +01:00

If you put it like that, I hope their still will be a response. Because it sounds dangerous. If I knew it was dangerous, I wouldn't have done it. It's not my style.

213. xymonau8 March 2010, 9:02 GMT +01:00

I know. Someone with those big puppy dog eyes couldn't hurt anyone.

214. happyture8 March 2010, 9:44 GMT +01:00

Unlike my sole piercing eyes...

215. xymonau8 March 2010, 10:46 GMT +01:00

Are you saying you can hurt people?

216. GerbenVanErkelens8 March 2010, 11:57 GMT +01:00

Maybe he is :D

by the way: Did someone of you guys googled me on "how to pronounce the name gerben"?

217. xymonau8 March 2010, 12:20 GMT +01:00

Not me. I never thought of Googling pronunciation of names. Clever idea. How do you know?
