Oh, but we sticks scissors up an' trims the hairs every day, or they'd hang down around our ankles an' trip us. Sometimes if yer hand isn't steady, you can bring tears to yer eyes!

spring is beautiful (except for the poor Japanese )

335. happyture22 April 2011, 20:08 GMT +02:00

Answer me this! Who in there right mind would build i think its 17 nuclear power plants in a area that is known to sit on one of the Earth's major fault lines? if i live to be a hundred i shall never understand their logic!

336. xymonau23 April 2011, 11:10 GMT +02:00

It's similar logic to building enough nuclear warheads to annihilate the planet, in the name of "peace".

There are a lot of people on the planet suffering, Japanese included. The world has some beauty left, but it's still a nasty place for the majority of its inhabitants.

It's autumn here, and that's my favourite time of the year. Cool, usually clear (rain is never ending) and there are still lots of flowers and greenery. We don't have a "fall" as native trees are evergreen, but they go a bit greyish and tired looking in the colder months. That's why I wanted my holidays right now. Guess I won't get them for a long time now.

I went to a bird sanctury today for about a half hour, and fed the ducks, waterfowl, geese, swans, pigeons, ibis, and a variety of others. It was amazing. Hundreds of them. And very peaceful.
