That sounds great, Cris. You made the frames, did you?
I made a couple of canvas stretchers to mount loose painted canvas on.
But most of the work went into making this 7 foot high combination of cross and column that will be a display in his exhibit. http://screencast.com/t/k8udQBh0
He wants to make a pillar of some sort too. Not sure what that is supposed to look like or how big.
That looks excellent, Cris. He's lucky to have you.
My spelling auto correction software stopped working. Don't know when or why.
Now you guys are going to find out how bad a typist i really am!!
I hate spell check! It turns everything American! Yes, I know how to set it but I never remember until it annoys me.
...and what should I say? I have no english spelling auto correction and I think I'm annoying you with my visionary grammar. So what's the matter? Don't worry Cris.
It's a gorgeous spring day outside but I'm stuck at home waiting on other people.
Rassem frassem...
i have to wait until Monday for UPS to bring my remote shutter switch so my stock shots won't be blurry.
Low ISO and high f-stops makes for long exposures that have to be absolutely still.
What the heck, I may try it anyway.
@294 I sympathize! And I hate the way Word capitalises first letters even when you don't want it to.
Perhaps it would help you to turn off the "start every sentence with a capital"-option in the auto correction settings of Word?

I loaded the Australian dictionary once and when I wrote "I" it changed it to Oy.
That's the company from Redmond. Prepared to do everything but not able to do anything.
Maybe I should just buy the iMac and see which I like better.
@299 I did that. But it still capitalises things on occasion. It also has a very annoying habit of changing "1 out of 2" to "half".
That may be the "fraction"-thing in the row of auto correction options which are used while you type. You may disable that one, too.
Isn't one out of two half?
@300 - And your problem is?
I get my ½, ⅓, ¼, symbols from here:

No problem now. Oy got it fixed for good!
Perfect!
Oy got another shoelace caught around the beater brush of my upright vacuum cleaner. Grrr
Jambs my vacuum and ruins the shoelace.
I hate vacuuming. I can't see what I am doing and I keep whacking the furniture with it and sucking up things i didn't want to.
LOL - I hope the neighbourhood dogs go into hiding, then! I'm sorry, Cris, but you've painted a picture that made me laugh. I know it's no laughing matter for you, but I can just see you in full flight and irate, and hapless creatures desperately trying to escape!
You remind me of some days when I cook. I just can't seem to do anything right. I spill everything, or smash jars on my tiled floor. I burn myself either from grabbing hot lids or by pouring molten food on my bare feet. I end up holding three things between two hands, with no more bench space to balance anything, and I can't put anything down without dropping one of the other things, anyway!
Have you considered a carpet sweeper for a change?
I have considered a maid!
But i can't find any reliable volunteers!! :)
If that's a broad hint, I'm sorry. The commute is a bit beyond my commitment to serve humanity.
I don't need you to serve humanity. Just a little vacuuming and dusting is all.
You will enjoy the boat ride I'm sure!
